Molding a shape of an object or something is one of the very important part of traditional process of URUSHI works. I mold Japanese traditional and fluent outline, surface and its surround of a real object in C.F.R.P. using rubber sheet and air pressure. Compared with another materials, C.F.R.P. is not very popular because it has not widely used in daily life therefore you are free from a preconception about an existing material. And you recognize not only the shape and the surface, which is painted in red with URUSHI, but also an action of artist. The action of painting URUSHI stimulates person's awareness of the shape and the surface.
